@djnightlife Oh he said in an interview he doesn't like messing around with any of those controls while using Serato.Even in his studio he has them taped up,I guess he likes to keep things simple and doesn't wanna accidentally hit any buttons.

your thinking of virtual dj, serato also doesn't have any kind of sync. It mainly just makes it more convenient/easier to find tracks.

@FileSpnR You fail.. That is Serato, (Mixtrack Pro is hardware ;) ). And all this software does is take the timecoded signal and translates it to the corresponding place in the track on the pc (it goes a bit more technically than that but this will do). As far as i know, Serato does not have a real sync button :p

If you see a mixer there is absolutely no chance of anything or one mixing the music besides the DJ. There is also NO SOFTWARE available that can mix music. Dj software can sync music. Sometimes it wrong. All the other aspects of DJing need to be done by a human

Mixtrack pro is also Numark hardware, not software. At least google what you are talking about before you post it so some of your information is at least somewhat accurate.

oh so his whole set is pre arranged using software called traktor pro, i can see it on his screen and hear the results......theres nothing pro bout that....i remember the days when he used vinyl and i can tell u his sets were 10 times better fo sho

@W0r5tCaseSc3nar10 You're entirely wrong, he is using Serato Scratch/Itch, not Traktor. Whatsmore, those two symmetrical platters, they're CDJs, so he's mixing manually from CDJs in combination with bites from Serato, a true pro just easing into the modern age.
