When I was there (I was going to Lukla) the delay announcements began to sound like "we are PLEASED to announce the delayed departure of flight... the new estimated advised time of departure will be... inconveniences to passengers are highly addictive!" LOL. We had to rent a helicopter to get to Lukla so we could do our trek. :)
