hey bro, keep being innovative, forget the haters, ~~ one thing effects cannot do ~ is make up for lack of talent, ~ they only enhance the skills you worked so hard to develop.
love the sound of that autowah. thought i was listening to the sanford and son intro. i am also trying out different effects and that is one i need to get. i would say the autowah, octave compressor and delay would be my favs. do listen to donshmit on comments. i think it adds to your play. he must like the no amplification sound which is awsome if your at a bonfire. but to play with a band its gotta be plugged in. great sound thanks for showing your setup
acoustic harmonicas sound beautiful n' all. but if ur playing rock or blues that's fine.
me n' some friends r trying to get a progressive metal band together that features an electric harmonica with a filter on it to sound like a synthesizer (sort of...like a strange noise u would hear in a rap song)
Hey Dan, the first thought I had when I saw you with your 'toys' was: 'geez, that looks a lot like Jason's board', ..had no idea you'd learned things from him :) how cool! Really dig your playing...I'm a huge fan of Chris as well....your 'funk' playing is awesome! Your 'sweet smooth playing at 9:05 is REALLY my style...wow. very, very cool vid. Eliz.
Nice sounds, I was heavily into pedals when I first started back in 1973. Now, I play mostly acoustic cause I'm not in a band. But yeah I love the sounds. I used to have a electric guitar on the ground with a whammy bar and play with my feet. LOL I was heavily influenced by Hendrix.
EXCELLENT CLIP - ITS good to see how all the equipment works - does the Boss OC - 2 also work to stop feedback from the HI Z Mics? I loved watching your clip - equipment & Harp playing - Thanks
Thanks, yes the OC-2 does help in controlling feedback from a HI Z mic. Since I posted this video, I've added a MXR 10 band EQ and a BBE Sonic maximzer. This has really added a lot of punch to my tone. I guess I'll have to redo this video.
Hi Thanks for your response. which is the best Boss OC - 2 pedal to get for Blues Harp?? I have herd the Japan black label Boss OC - 2 is analogue & the newer Boss OC -2 is digital does it matter which one i get or do they all do the same job?? at the moment i have no sound on my PC for some reason ill look forward to your new video if you re do it - Thanks

I'm always looking for new ways to sonically stimulate the listener/customer. Music is suppose to create emotion.
This demo has added ideas to the emotion that I want to create.
Thanks,
