No matter how bad the interviewer is it does not give you the right to be a bitch. Doing interviews is apart of your job. You don't always get to work with the brightest or patient people. There are no excuses for this diva behavior.

Then she goes on to torture and treat this poor interviewer like shit. I actually think inside her head she actually believes some of the shit she says. It's quite frightening, because she exhibits traits similar to sociopaths. She's sick!

American Life was a bad era for Madonna in terms of her attitude. She came across arrogantly ‘enlightened’, she was much nicer around the Ray of Light era.

They got lost in translation. When she said 'does that answer your question?', he didn't understand her, then responded nonchalont (but he didn't realize she said something profound), that's why she seemed a bit off when he said 'that's alright', just confusion, I don't think she set out to be rude.

No matter how bad the interviewer is it does not give you the right to be a bitch. Doing interviews is apart of your job. You don't always get to work with the brightest or patient people. There are no excuses for this diva behavior.

But is is why she is Madonna most people work at jobs as robots if they pull the "diva" mode they will be severely reprimanded or fired thank God she gets to run her own show and if people do not like it go somewhere else...a lot of interviewers put the artist on the spot now the tables are turned in any situation the tables can always be turned if you become number one and a master at your craft...try it it works.

I liked this version of Madonna circa 2003. She realised that the shallow tacky fame sh!t in the US was completely f*cked up and wrote about it on the American Life album. Shame she didn't detox thoroughly when she lived here in the UK as she's now addcited again to that American flavoured 'Crack'..

I've seen Mariah Carey react similarly to Madonna so I guess its sort of typical for a singer to sort of be short tempered with foreign interviewers. I guess some American people don't understand foreigners. That being said, I do think Madonna is being full of herself, and as far as being a diva I think she is the way that she tries to sound smarter than what she actually is and comes off sounding like a bitch, and a dumb one at that.
