  • of course he had to put olive oil on it

  • Gordon Ramsay sent me, he says your a cunt. and Coldplay is gay

  • Stockholm is gay

    Göteborg/Gothenburg is avesome!!!

    ;)

  • @wgranfeldt Littlebrother komplex :P

Göteborg is a small city If you compair with Stockholm, but the both cities are nice in a different way.

  • @TheMongwai

    Amen too that:)

  • What I find amazing about all the swedish people is their english is better than mine.. HAHAHAH. True.

  • Haha, falukorv...

  • Hahaha, 2:50 äntligen en britt som erkänner detta.

  • i am a swede and when i see this I ironicly think "wow a mushroom-.-" and he is like "MY GOD THIS KANTARELL IS LIKE GOLD" haha :)

  • my hometown<3<3

  • Every time I watch these vids he makes me want to give up my day job and become a mushroom picker. "These are worth elevendybillion dollars! Look, its on the ground."

  • Why does he call the bilberries blueberries? Sweden doesn't have blueberries...

  • @simontja Uh, I think we do. It's only Americans who call the European blueberry 'bilberries'. It's an accent thing, see. We call the 'blåbär' which translates to, not a huge surprise here, blueberries.

  • @TheGuardingDark You're wrong, completely different berries, only Swedes call bilberries 'blueberries'.

  • @simontja Not from what I've heard, but I really don't care. It's not like it matters, the berry is the same regardless of the name. A rose by any other name would smell as sweet, and all that.

  • i'm hungry now!!!

  • lovely!!!!

  • the music from 0:00 to 1:00 is cheerful . What's this music name ?

  • @raychenon Coldplay - viva la vida

  • 'It's all about the confidence!' I need a gif of that. :p

  • isn't Sweden the least corrupt country in the world? That sounds like "Heaven" for an anyone from India.

  • @automatikred I think we're 4th right now, behind New Zealand, Denmark and Finland. So yeah, very little corruption.

  • Please can someone help me... I want the whole show on a DVD to give to my Swedish wife to remind her of her home town! I have looked all over the internet to buy either just this one or the whole series, but to no avail! Does anyone know where or how I can achieve this?

  • @buddyboy2210 have you tried checking jamieoliver(.)com or maybe even channel4? good luck.

  • "Just put in your gob and think of Sweden" haha. What he says about Swedish food being clean and pure is so true. I'm in Sweden on exchange from Canada and I think the food is significantly better than at home.

  • whats his name? Jamie 'Oliver' ofcos hes gona use olive product for EVERY meal ;)

  • schnaps ! :D

  • I've been to Sweden before, and no offense but I didn't like the food at all.. but then again, I'm mexican and our food is way different. Also, Jamie is right, swedish women are indeed the most beautiful women of all.

  • @Yopz it's hard to compete with Mexican food, you have one of the best cousins in the world ! We swedes got long cold winters and back in the days it was all about survival. Save and preserve food for the winter. Anyways there are alot of goodies but it depends alot on the season. Pickled food, smoked food etc is common because of our though climate.

  • Jamie doesn't cook the food the way I'm used to. That is a very positive thing though! I like to see a little 'twist' to the ordinary Swedish food! Thumbs up not this comment, but Jamie's cooking!

  • Fucking music... What does he say? Sweden, being one of the 'what' countries in Europe?

  • Jamie come to Denmark!!!

  • As a Swede I must say that, despite the olive oil, his salmon looks beautiful and (although slightly different from what is considered traditional here) quite faithful to the original dish.

However, he forgets to mention that you should never attempt this without freezing the fish for a couple of days before, which kills off the parasites. It's just like when you're making sushi. Many people seem to thing that the curing process substitutes freezing, which it doesn't.

  • saluhallen var ligger den ??

  • @OUWATZAHLE08 Östermalmstorg i Stockholm.

  • ahhhh. he quoted gok wan! hahahaha

  • sweden <3

  • Thats my town! ;D

  • i did the salmon and it was delish!

  • @NeuroHead Did you use previously frozen fish?

  • I bought the book, and wanted to see it in moving life

  • i thought he was finally do a dish without olive oil

  • What's up with Anna's accent? She must be half british/british because her accent is just too good to be a non native speaker, I'm just being curious!

Amazing show really! Makes me proud to be swedish! :)

  • Beautiful Sweden! <3

  • Beetroot, " a classic swedish vegetable, they love it".. OMG dying of laughter here! Yes ALL swedes love beetroot, LOL!

Let's tell the truth shall we - Swedish people tends to eat more pizza, kebab, chinese and sushi than "classic swedish food".

  • @anme0827 I don't like it

  • @feelerr Well, I see my sarcasm hasn't reached through the screen ;)

  • @anme0827 I didn't read the second part of your comment :)
