You probably have to find a guzheng teacher in the local Chinese community. I'm in Canada Edmonton, and I managed to find one, and rented a guzheng from her. Most guzheng teachers overseas have connections and can import guzheng in a large scale.

Honestly? jeesus guys this is just a video, so what if some one doesn't like it? They are intitled to their own opinion just as much as you are. THere are many ways to play music, many styles and forms. Some are more vicious than others, and this form of Guzheng just so happens to be more booming and robust than other forms I've heard, and honestly its alright.

There is no ONE path on the endless road of music.

I agree with you, I think the tone depends on the mood of the tune and the type of person the player is. If every one played a tune or instrument the same way, it would be boring and dull other wise.
