I don't think this is from "A Hard Days Night" either; in the movie, Ringo and his drums were behind the other "lads" on the stage, here, they're all facing Ringo. This is a typical example of their slightly rebellious attitudes, especially towards an authority figure such as the BBC. Even with the lip sync in the video off from the audio, this doesn't make it untrue.

And... The Beatles were the greatest rock band in all history, many other bands were influenced by them. "nuff said.
