much smoother although the e609 seems to show more dynamics than the i5.

the audix i5 is so smooth and less muddy compared to the e609 just look at the frequency responce chart .

The Audix i5 sounds way better, I might just buy one I need a mic for my cab. Recording through Toneport UX2 direct doesnt work well

@MrFinntrollin I record all my videos with a UX2. Works great.

The e609 was definitely a great mic while I owned it. The only reason I sold it was because I record with Recabinet now.
