SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME

Even if I know the tactics of Sonic Boom (Hold left then Right & Punch) & Somersault Kick (Hold down then Up & Punch), I can never manage to do it.

In fact as shown in this video, the player can do the moves so easily and quickly after some attack.

Could somebody please give me the clearest explanation of how to do those super moves?

@Zorianff9 hold back 2 second than jam it forward and throw a punch for sonic boom, and for the kick hold down 2 seconds than jam up with the kick for the kick, is how there doing the moves so fast is there doing it before the attach comes you just have to time it right, for instance if you get nocked down imediately hold back 2 seconds than forward with a punch and you will already be set up with a move to fight back with, hope this helps

This game was so underated. Its a shame that it never became very popular, I think only 100 copies of this game were ever sold which is unfortunate because it had great potential. This game could not compete with the legendary Pit Fighter and went almost unoticed because of it.
