  • how much can these beasts snatch with a barbell? just curious

  • What asshole puts videos of themselves lifting on YouTube?

  • Haha when i looked at the thumbnail i thought you were on top of a mountain. Great lift!

  • awesome tune and video

  • is this one of those silly 48KG KB's?

  • wats the song called??

  • That looks like a sick gym

  • I think I would shatter my knee If I tried that...

  • @fork1964 no you wouldnt.

  • can i rely on kettlebells to train my full body, or should i mix

  • you can rely on kettlebells for anything power, endurance, or strength based. If you're looking to bulk up, they probably aren't the best tools.

  • @7awal

Generally you can rely on Kettlebells for a thorough workout but its always good idea to mix other forms of excercise into any routine.

  • awesome

  • mike sucks

  • Do you know me?

  • almost snaped a wrist there

  • my girlfriend 'snatched' the beast last night! lol

  • lmfao

  • would be painful 2 smash ur knee with that

  • @maartieboy i swere i was thinking the same thing when i was viewing that video

  • WoOoW, watch the knees man!^^

    super

  • id be worried about a little up from the knees lol

  • @Wercaz the same thing was on my mind...lol ouch

  • Snatching the beast... sounds like a euphemism for something!

  • Very inspirating!

  • Robert, you might want to change the shoes. Those cushy shoes are very unstable and will increase your risk of an injury

  • i hope that you never hit your nuts with this thing!!!! xD

  • Much more dynamic to work with, than the heavy handweight to 42 Kg., and the machine in the fitclubs. Nice Dynamic, also lower weigt to heat down with after set system. ..The Kettlebell !

  • THE BEAST, is that a 48? do you know if there is anything heavier than that that they make?

  • Excellent work! Keep it up bro!

  • That's not a kettle bell! It's an asteriod with a handle! Wow! Great job.

  • Not to be wierd but that's one of my lifes goals for the next few months. o ya.

btw how much does db snatch convert or so to kb, my heaviest kb is only 72lbs so far. i'm close if they're near 1:1, but no one on my island has the beast yet, i will have to special order.

  • Nice stuff. The strongest I have ever been was when I was doing snatch-only workouts for the eight weeks before my RKC cert. Hits pretty much everything. Love it.

  • its not about building muscles for show... kettlebells are used to increase muscle strength as well as ligament and tendon strength which in turn bulks up the muscle at the same time... BEST way to exercise... not to mention the cardio benefits you get from doing these exercises

  • Awesome, nice work!

  • And now with the other arm XD

  • Mike you are an animal! I gotta get down there to train w/ u.

    Gennaro

  • nice one!

  • sick indeed!!!

  • Sick strength!

  • If Mike can do it, Rob wants to try it... and so Rob can do it... Monkey sees, monkey does... so I want to try it too! And I just drop the kettlebell and break it. Sorry guys for breaking your 106 lbs toy. I promise I won't touch the new one.

  • That is not acceptable Suzanna. If you don't start swinging the 106 again Mike and I will be really upset. If you fall off the horse, get back on I suppose. Everybody out there in You Tube land just so you understand, Suzanna can flip the 106 pound kettlebell.
