  • I am a federal retiree. We did not get any raise at the beginning of 2010. Since federal retirement works under the same rules as Social Security on cost-of-living increases, I do not expect any increase for 2011. Since you are clearly lying about that, I cannot help wondering what else in you talk is lies.

  • plot is interesting, is all!

  • The Free Enterprise Nation advocates for the REAL backbone of our American economy - the PRIVATE sector employers and employees. Join us in educating, unifying and advocating for the private sector.

  • I agree with the concept of the group's message -although they should include ALL parts of government! The value of government provided pensions and other benfits is significant and imbalanced! A former colleague of mine did financial planning for a retiring state trooper and teacher. Their pension benefit was over $200k. To provide that level of income for yourself would require approx $4 million. How many typical american couples can save that much?

  • Thank You for sharing! That is exactly why we need to get ALL of the private sector to come togehter and take action to ensure change!

  • Tune in and check out Jim MacDougald's WOCA Orlando radio Interview Fri Oct 30!!

  • it' like a cost of lunch yall stop bein cheep lol

  • It's only $5.

  • its 5

  • Ameríka er í stór vandræði!

  • How are you planing to fix anything

  • We are going to tell elected officials that we will vote against them if they approve any tax increases. We want full disclosure on all their own comp and benefits, and all liablites they've accrued. We want to see in plain numbers and in plain English what they are doing before we vote for anyone that votes to raise taxes.

  • Do they have a right to disclose all that? Im not sure how that works

  • Yes, it's public information if the public is paying!

  • Good vid brah ure right but im sure those public workers will never support you

  • Sounds nice for sure. Where is the incentive to work if I can retire at 500 grand a year?

  • Best $5 I've ever spent!

  • Retire at 500 grand a year??!! Why work? Good heavens!

  • Doesn't that sound nice?

  • I see this happening here. I disagree that cops are heros. We had a liquor store that used to get robbed 2-3 times a year, and it was the cops who were loading up their trunks with booze/cigs before we were called to lock it up. We have a town cop doing just what he said about working like hell se he can get his (pension) 1/2 pay for life. His pay is over $200K. Fucking bullshit! Meanwhile only those who are connected get these gravy jobs. Us? Were screwed. CT is one corrupt state! Libs gota go!

  • Amen! Enough said. I have been talking about this for years and finally someone has brought it to the attention of the public. I saw the founder on Neil Cavuto.

No one will address this, especially the politicans. It is a major problem in our country and just another form of welfare in many ways.

  • I am, right now!!

  • I think the disparity between the CEOs who run private companies and their average workers should be of greater concern. The American worker has been sold a bill of goods by the fat cats that run the businesses, busting the unions and scouring the planet in search of the cheapest labor. Is it any surprise that government workers have better wages and benefits? Their not getting too much; their counterparts are getting too little!

  • Sorry. Your numbers don't work and your premise doesn't work. If all private sector workers were paid the same as the AVERAGE federal worker, private sector pay would have to increase by $7 TRILLION a year! That's half of our GDP, and equal to about TEN TIMES all private sector profits! Why not become one of those "fat cats" like Michael Moore? He's earned $200 million and makes a living demonizing the very system that made him rich.

  • You're right; the problem is that trashmen make too much. We should be mad at the people making $80K a year, not the one's making 8 mil. Sure, pit working people against each other while the people responsible for losing working people's retirement accounts get richer. If corporate execs could control their own greed maybe our economy wouldn't be in the toilet.

  • Great video. I hope you can make it happen
