in commercial use tgv never go fast than 320 km/h in the last rail road for HST (LGV)
but they are studies for go in commercial use at 350 km/h ... just need remodernised the oldest rail road lille - paris - lyon where the tgv can't go fast than 270-300 km/h ... i think before 2016

yes now the train speed must be 300 km/h..
