Dude number one when you asked "what is wrong with this camera" I reply you put ur face in it.

Number 2 you are bad with akuma you need to do more throw setups and combos, try this one for example shoot air hadokens(EX) and do demon flip to grab, or kick or hit him with a low attack from flip, on his knock down try mixing up combos a bit or use a throw setup. heres a decent combo do a cross up mk to a hp then a hp dragon punch. and use light punches for links or block streams
