I Quit Smoking!

Smoking is obviously negative for you. You inhale more than thousands of toxic chemicals into your body, and it is addictive, draining you of your income and wellness with each puff you take. Some people even die once they take their very first puff! That is certainly why quitting smoking is really a must...It is hard, but I have discovered a very good way to quit smoking. Thank you and in fact I am committed and not smoking cigarettes still too this day!:-)

The pills helped I would say as it helped with at least controlling my anger i'd get while trying too quit cold turkey!?!

Needless too say I still smoke medical marijuana, but that's medication I need or I would die from my crohns disease I believe!?!

Actually, that made me smoking cigarettes again. I´m not smoking much and yeah...I also have the dream to stop smoking completely one day...but you know dreams and reality...:D

Ha ha! I just stopped at the convenience store, where I was remarking..."I can't believe people still smoke at $5.00 pack!" Good 4 you Tammpon! If you've really made up your mind, it's actually way easier thean you thought! I tried to use the patch, but I had so many crazy dreams that I felt unrested when I got up. But, as it turned out....quitting was very easy! Even after over 30 years of 1-2 packs a day. Now...somehow I have to get this weight off. I've packed on another 50lbs since quitting.
