i did the same thing i got my mermaid tail went to the beach but my mom said i couldnt be in it becuz of the waves. bad luck for my sis and mom saying ther found a mermaid

i know how you feel when people say you should cover your tail at the end becuse i didnt cover my mono fin but now it looks all scrach up =( when i grow too big for my tail im genna do what you did and use sweat pants and then im genna cover my tail becuse i hade alot of left over fabric!

actuly yess, i think some were!! one little irl thought i was Ariel and gave me a seaahell and her brother thought i was areil's sister, well one of them anyway. I had more of a reaction when i did think in florida, the workers keeped passing me, a little girl took pictures with me, a family was shouting from there car and got out to take apicture with me, i made a slide show of it and should be up soon!!!;)

st eps to make a mermaid tail:

1. Get strechie pants( pajama pants, sweat pants, leggings, dance pants, etc..)

2. Put both of your legs in one of the leg holes

3. take the other leg hole and wrap it around of your waist and tuck it in to your side or waist whatever

4. Then add flippers of your choice like m onifin flippers or scuba flippers

if you dont have flippers you could get longer pants than the y need to be and let it hang over your feet. Unique mermaid!

im a sophomore in highschool and i am so thinking of making a tail. i have always been in love with the ocean and when im at the beach or around a pool no one can ever get me away from it. but ppl laugh execpt one girl i know who likes mermaids too. but idk if i should make one or not. my mom said it was ridiculas but i wanna see how it is...

i decided i am making one. me and my cuz are each going to make one and then when we go to the beach next year we are going to use them. there are a bunch of surfers my age who are there every year so it may be a good laugh for them. plus i get my tail! eep

I just finished my sophmore year of high school and I made a tail. I was lucky enough to have my family support me because they know how much I love and believe in mermaids. Most of my friends laughed at me and told me it was ridiculous. But a couple of my close friends supported me and told me how amazing it was going to be. You should go for it and make your own tail no matter what anyone says. Live out your dreams!

well , some people and watched me for a little bit, but this little 2 year old girl thought i was ariel , and her brother thought i was ariels sister , and when i got out of the water , the brther was explaning how turn in to a human then back in to amermaid for 3 days !!! lolol! , but the people were fine wiht me there.

that is so mean and stupid that people do that to you. those people are so mean who do that. i can relate, i absoulty love disney princess , and im in 8th grade , some people say its "babyish" , and you know what I DONT CARE!!!!!!!! if you love mermaids , you should be one and not care what they say , and you should be a mermaid with a friend!!!!
