@slash1syn1 combined with plenty of rest (to grow), a slight daily calorie surplus, and adequate protein, YES!...according to your genetics of course!

@slash1syn1 I would do fundamental barbell exercises & other traditional exercises (using technically correct form), such as front-squats, cleans, clean&press, benchpress, pull-ups, deadlifts, stiff-legged deadlifts - 2X per week. fill in the other days with arm dumbbell work, cardio, sports, abs, & resting as needed.
Hi Max, When you do your gymlass workout,, ie. pull-ups, push-ups, and leg/knee raises, how many sets do you work in this routine? Do you do it in a triple circuit or straight sets ntil done? Normally how many minutes does this workout take. I've been trying to do as many sets as I can in 15 minutes of this tyoe workout, It wirks for me. I am doing several different combinations of this type. Thanks! Like your website!

@TheLillaccio STAY LEAN your entire physique journey. Do not bulk up then cut. Slowy gain quality mass, while remaining lean.
