great case forthe supreme court. don't think the school would prevail. It's not the friendly speech that needs protected, it's the speech that is contrary or nontypical. If the protestors can now disrupt funerals for dead soldiers as protected speech, this has to be accepted as well, though unpopular. Given what it says, there is a far broader message.

the only parents who would be 'offended' at this bumper sticker are the parents who indeed DO feed their kids meds, and feel guilty about it. when people learn to care less about the neat little box they think their kids should fit in and see that excess energy or being hyper etc isn't a 'mental disability' then the world will be much happier. your kids hyper? get off your ASS and go DO stuff to expel some energy instead of telling them to be quiet and them medicating them when they dont listen
