Walk away and YOU WILL BE FINE. LRAD is also extremely directional that's why it hurts you and is such a good micro-phone. To cause effects to anyone in an adjacent apartment an officer would have to directly point it at that apartment, I doubt that happened.

Police do not need to obtain a warrant to enter private property when a crime is underway or has been comitted. Clearly, public property is being burned on private property (stop sign). This party should be planned better. Students should organize with the city leadership how to do so, without the litter and vandalism. The city would probably grant exclusive use in return.

Walk away and YOU WILL BE FINE. LRAD is also extremely directional that's why it hurts you and is such a good micro-phone. To cause effects to anyone in an adjacent apartment an officer would have to directly point it at that apartment, I doubt that happened.

That's why you see in the video of the G20 summit an officer has to move it up and down and left to right (as if he was trying to spray them with a water gun) to cover the crowd. Let's talk about the boy who was "body slammed" for a second. First, watch the video. Notice him running down the street. (Yes, the very same street the police instructed the crowd to clear and that had already been cleared). Notice the police officer tackling him from behind, to his upper body and them both falling and rolling out of the fall. That is not a body slam, it is a tackle. And they have every right to arrest for what the kid was doing, which was to provoke. Obey next time kid

Police do not need to obtain a warrant to enter private property when a crime is underway or has been comitted. Clearly, public property is being burned on private property (stop sign). This party should be planned better. Students should organize with the city leadership how to do so, without the litter and vandalism. The city would probably grant exclusive use in return.
