You do realize that the LS engines won global awards for their quality and performance... You don't just group all engines sold in an entire car brand as bad. YOU either don't know much about rotary or LS1s. I like them both and think they each have their own potential.
I get why you would want put the LS in... but not at all, Rx7 should have Rotaries! If you know how to work on them they will do better. Come on Rx7 are what the 2end winningest car in race history next to the 911. Thats got to say somthing to how good rotaries are.

thats an LS1 bitch chevy stole the technology from aliens, the LS family of engines is legendary and they last for ever. a lot of people in the US are losing their homes and homes are also not being bought, is it because of the bad build quality of the homes? the economy is the cause of all this but soon people will leave that stupid civic and get on the nice tahoe or escalade.

@BetoG34 LOL. LS1 > Rotary. But Rotary isnt THAT bad. They are quite reliable and for such a small engine you do have to admit they make some pretty decent power.
hey dude very nice f ing ride u got their. hey im curious and was wondering if u've had to cut any body parts from the car, like a few inches or anything of the front engine compartment bay to fit the engine in the car? or did the ls1 just fit nicely in? and would a ls6 be the same?
A LS6 will go in. The LS1 fits very well in the 7, which is the reason why many people pair the 2 up. The engine bay of the 7s have plenty of room for it and the chassis are well structured to withstand the engine. Because of how low and back the LS1 sits in the 7, it helps the weight balance very well. Only main issue for me would be: 1) not mechanically a real 7 2) Without proper handling, you're gonna be burning rubber or even fishtailing 3) Resale is < rotary 4)4 rotor is better imo

A 20b turbo 2 would cost way more to drop in than an LSX and be far more complicated, not to mention less practical.
