  • shut up

  • READ HOW NONVIOLENCE PROTECTS THE STATE AND WATCH THE LEGEND OF BHAGAT SINGH

  • Whats more violent? If a bunch of activists break into a halliburton plant, hold up signs and spill some paint, or if they break in., shoot 10-20 workers and blow the whole thing sky high, saving a bunch of lives with every rocket they destroy?

Our entire society is built on VIOLENCE. When you drive your car, you are COMITTING A VIOLENT ACT. If you buy at walmart. YOU ARE COMITTING A VIOLENT ACT. so whos violence are you more afraid of?

Can anybody here even define violence? wake up people.

  • honestly im being straight up ill fight if i have 2. like i dont believe those window or door breaks alarm and phone go off systems im using flying lead when i grow up

  • when you grow up, hopefully you'll have the sense not to.

stronger messages are sent through peaceful protest.

  • yes i know that but i will protect my own home with violence if im forced to

  • violence spawns violence

  • Very well done. It's in my favorites now.

  • catchy song. as far as the intro speech goes, when it's kill or be killed best believe i'm not the one off to oblivion.

  • what albumis this song on? i cant find it on itunes?

  • Devendra Banhart ALBUM: Cripple Crow

    TRACK: When They Come

  • may be track cripple crow

  • Venezuela kicked Banhart's father out of the country because he was doing work with the rich there to opress the poor people and destroy the revolution. I find this song to be ironic given the context... what do I know my father is a Republican so go figure.

  • I completely agree with Janantay. The raw human protest demonstrated by millions of people could not have been done any other way. Until peace is met with peace, the struggle will remain just that, a struggle.

  • WOW! I can't believe you put this beautiful video to my favorite devendra banhart song! really well done. i enjoyed it.
