Too many sawing cuts using the tip of the knife instead of sweeping movement with the middle of the blade along the dorsal.But credit where credit is due, that filleting is far better than any tv experts I have seen up to now and if this video teaches the public to this standard then job well done.This is not a negative comment and I wish you well.Thank you for the video.
