@mechredd actually, Tsubasa Chronicle is considered a "sister series" to xxxHolic, so if you haven't seen it yet, check it out.

@mechredd well, it really sheds light onto holic (which I admit, I just started, but from what I know from researching ig).

For example

Watanuki was never meant to exist (KH2?) he was created because Syaoran chose to stay in Clow to save Sakura from the curse placed on her. So, time was rewound to when Syaoran first went to Clow. The price for this was that Syaoran couldn't return home, so Watanuki was created to keep balance in the universe
