FE has a lot of possible trans genders, but no, Celice is very much a male. He is stated as Sigurd's SON, and his Trading Card has blue writing for his name, which specifies the character being Male.
the only thing i didn't like is how you couldn't get all of the holy weapions. fala flame would have been nice...

And even than is pointless. Remember Celice has the Awareness Skill, meaning he won't ever be critical'd.

Your units gets dismounted indoors in FE3.
Only Celice can be dismounted in FE4 (but you never have an indoor mission).
You can unmount any mounted unit whenever you want in FE5 (they need to be unmounted to enter building tiles).
GBA FEs took away this feature (along with many others)
