I played the demo of LP1, and I didn't find anything special about it. It wasn't very original. You just shoot stuff. The thermal energy was just an annoyance, and the monsters, while occasionally fun, were no different from monsters in typical 3rd person games, and the performance/graphics ratio was lackluster.

I'm glad they're making a sequel though, maybe they can do better this time.
