In my opinion those charged with animal cruelty should serve 5 years in prison minimum, and a maximum sentence of 15 years. furthermore they would be fined a minimum of $5000 and would be banned from owning a pet for life.!! honestly what the hell.
A dog has a face that looks like he took a buckshot, he has open wounds and old scars about his body, and you have to catch these scumbags in the act of fighting in order to charge them with dogfighting, you say?
