@Havaanie Watch the video and see for yourself. He said they provided no evidence that al Qaeda was guilty "because they didn't have any". He said the excuse for war shifted from getting al Qaeda to overthrowing the government of Afghanistan, and that this was totally illegal. My video points out that several thousand of the al Qaeda guys we ostensibly went there to get were allowed by the US military to walk or fly into Pakistan.

CSM says their reporter overheard al Qaeda guys in a hotel in Jalalabad buying safe passage from the warlord we hired to get bin Laden. The information about 4000 Taliban and al Qaeda flying to Pakistan comes from the New Yorker. Not exactly tin foil.
