I do wonder how they dealt with lightsabers, i know it sounds geeky but the whole thing about the "bond" between jedi and his weapon used to be quite significant for me.
@Vultrio How ea and every lightsaber is uniqe to the jedi created it. I'm not keen on an idea to replace your lightsabe with brand new one every other raid (which is common practice for MMO gear), in ep3 or 4 crystals were mentioned so maybe you'll simply exchange power source which would be fine IMO :P
@Angamoth Well from what I've played of both Inquisitor and Sith Warrior, getting your first lightsaber has significance. Warrior for example had a tomb raiding mission to get their light saber for a quest. But sadly with most mmo's you do get better light sabers as you go on. Especially with Inquisitor going Assassin since you will be ditching your first light saber for a double bladed almost on the spot :3
@Angamoth As for crystals, yes you exchange the power source as well as changing the hilt, modification and enhancement of the lightsaber. This is item modification which you get access to after you complete the story quests on the starter world. So if you want to keep the light saber you make/gain you technically can simply by getting the better upgrades. Kept my first double saber all the way until Tatooine. Hope this helps:3
@Vultrio So you can either keep on upgrading or replacing your lightsaber, thats acceptable x). I mean you can either go "the way of jedi" or "the way of MMO" which is fine, and yes this info was helpful in satisfying my curiosity. Kudos to BioWare if this work the way i understood.
@Angamoth That's generally how it works and that goes for all weapons and armour that can be modified. Still on act 1 myself and currently at lvl 35 so let's see if one can follow the true way of the jedi :3
@Angamoth But if you go Inquisitor and become an Assassin or Counsular and become a Shadow then kiss goodbye to your first lightsaber as you will be needing a double bladed. Just to warn you ;)
you probably already know this by now but you can just bind to any bind point you find. when you activate quick travel you can select any of the bind points you found and travel to that point.
Once you get your first companion you can right click their portrait and they will leave you for a minute and sell all your useless grey vendor loot. Very cool and useful skill.
I find it interesting that Jedi Consular's abilities are similar to the Sith Inquisitor's but different as Jedi are different are to Sith. Loving the vid but now I wonder who is the Consular's first companion :3
Could you move the video commentary to the other side? It gets in the way of the minimap. I dont know why, i just like to see it for some reason....

Binding does not restrict you to one bound point. Each Quick Travel point you bind is permernantly saved to your quick travel choices :3
