When police dogs react they rarly make sound, let's not forget that it was dark and that he probably didn't recognize this signal.
Next, implying that the police were trying to trick him into getting out of the car is a little beyond what you or I is able to percieve from the footage alone.
Lastly probable cause is defined as reasonable belief, the police dogs are enough to generate because of their training to the task.

Also the part about when they said they had probable cause that you wouldve gotten out, because thats exactly when I feel he should have gotten out. I understand what they guy was saying. It's within his amendment right to not let them search his car. But, after the police showed up & told him they had probable cause, & he was under arrest, thats it. Get out of your car & do what is told. He played it up way too much, and I do not think the cops did a single thing wrong. They tased him because they didnt know. He did put up a fight. By not letting the police do their job.
