i took ibruprofen b4 i did it and ate madd ice.. i was eating solid food the same day :)

you honestly shouldn't take any type of medications before a piercing. Most pain relievers have a blood thinning property and can cause excessive bleeding. This especially applies for tattoos.. as the more you bleed the less vibrant the colors!
