I have the same exact problem with mine. Incredibly frustrating. It appears they have entirely forgotten the rubber o-ring on our models. Check your brother's, or any other speed loader, and there will be a rubber o-ring in the nozzle. There is a notch where one should be on mine, but no o-ring. Very disappointed with KWA. This is an incredible, easily avoided failure.
@Ebsil0n Good to know. I think mine actually had the o-ring to begin with because it did hold the bb's in there when I first got it but after using it for a few minutes the o-ring must have come out.
This video would be more helpful if you actually tried loading bbs for us to see. That way you don't spent over 5 minutes describing the problem, when you can spend 15 seconds showing us the problem.

@FSTK I will try to get it on video. Its just kinda hard to show on camera some of the problems.
