good video, but i just wanted to be clear that Conala oil is definitely not heart healthy as you said. Conola comes from the rapeseed plant from Canada and it is genetically engineered. It is actually not good for you at all. The best oil to use for cooking is Coconut oil; if not that then use olive oil.

Anyways, just thought id give healthy tip...

Just to put things in perspective, Canada paid the FDA $50 million to have rapeseed registered and recognized as "safe".
