Nice vid, you should add some air resets, like down heavykick jumping heavy punch to ducking super. Yes u can parry out of it, but the damage is worth it and most of the time they wont expect it

a decent vid. The anti-air part made me laugh though. I mean YES those ARE things that can hit chars while there in the air. But that dosent make STANDING JAB an ant-air. It just dosent work. Also "Reset by knockdown" made me laugh. lol i mean "ya man i have the crazy reset combo with ryu, its crouching roundhouse....AND THATS IT!"

Those are things that can hit ppl in the air, yes. But its not on anti air if it dosent beat anything. The only reason why some1 would do an empty jump in is to mix up. Other wise they will just do a roundhouse or fierce, which beats dudley's standing jab. You saying that if akuma is jumping in you should standing jab? just saying that 1 part was dumb. I usually either EX uppercut or jump back Fierce. (which beats things) Backswing can also be used to beat jump-ins.
Man.... How can you love a game so bad and hate it so much all at the sametime?!! I love to play the game but absolutely hate that I can't get the combos off, and that the CPU always has invincible defense and unstoppable offense! This game has come close on many occasions to being chucked across the room, or a coaster on the living room table!
But, hopefully with your tutorial, I can give the CPU a dose of it's own medicine: an extra-large-super-sized-case of ass-kicking!!
not bad guy but i think u missed a few things out there jus for one example, using mk as an anti air then dashing with hcf+k and cancel into either SAI or SAIII works a charm. The ex upper cut in corner after a crouching round house then f+mp and dp.hp this can b cancelled for more damage too. And not only is the rose good for wake ups, its good for fucking up parry timing say if u wanna chip so damage, using a rose and running in ex machine gun blow theres prob loads of stuff but cant think
Only thing I would add would be rose set-ups and midscreen ex-mgb enders (toward forward uppercut cr.rh on certain chars and resets)A really good tutorial so far for beginner Dudleys, Very good job!
Nicely done!! Answered all my questions!

thomasrulzz 2 years ago
honestly d+hk, ducking upper, super is better in every way since you get the guaranteed damage and the knockdown
Humbag 2 years ago
however the only times I think resets are somewhat ok is after like a single air to air attack where you land first then reset with super
Humbag 2 years ago
ya your right, the damage is almost the same, i guess i get away with it alot on online play

Loved the video. Just wondering if you could give me some advice on the crouching RH's in the corner? I can't seem to get the timing right.

Explain more. All of those are valid antiairs for Dudley.
Do you even really understand what you are talking about with your comments?

Dude, it is an anti-air. It may not work all the time but it is what it is.
KingOfBeatdown 3 years ago 2
@crakawut those are valid anti-air attacks...one of the ones that i use is low roundhouse if the opponent is expect to parry in the air..

shit, i missed the "also performable" part. sorry i'm retarded.
you're still missing 12 though!
leylines 4 years ago
you need to edit your list of c.RH x6 chars.
chun li, ibuki, makoto, elena, alex, remy, oro, dudley, necro, twelve, Q
you even had alex being juggled but you didn't list it, lol.
leylines 4 years ago
he showed the ones he could juggle, and then listed the rest.
and u cant juggle 12.
