@JMortara17 ...I can and I have. i can squat around 500 actually and im in high school... it's just a basic balance exercise to train the muscles that conventional slow and powerful lifts can't. great for injury prevention and coordination. jchristmas' knees are going over his toes and he's not going down all the way, meaning his glutes and hammies are not getting the work they should, and if he's doing that form with more weight he could be stressing his knees unnecessarily.

@Shreklaxboy it takes about 3 days to get used to a balance board dude. eventually, you can do jusst as many squats on a balanceboard as you can w/o one. just start with weightless squats
