Actually, "Palestine" never existed. Before Great Britain won the land from the Ottomans in 1917 (WW1), the Ottmans had ruled for around 400 years. Before that, other ruled.

And Great Britain didn't move anyone there.

In 1947, the UN voted to establish 2 states, Israel and Palestine, but the Arabs decided on war instead of accepting that resolution that would have established "Palestine".
