compulsory routines are all easy, and trampoline is nothing like artistic gymnastics. You have no idea how high you have to jump once you're a level 10 and up. Lots of little kids can do the routine, but they time how long you stay in the air so just executing the moves doesn't mean anything. Form, staying in the middle, height, lines etc all count. Even if you are a gymnast, it will take you time to become one with the trampoline. Trampolinists are fearless. I find them amazing.

I am a level 4 gymnast and I can do that routine on the trampoline at my gym. EASY!!!

There's also an optional the HARD routine.
