Im so proud of you, and your journey. Here in Illinois, we do have an electronic cig, that has flavored tobacco(Im not sure if its tobacco) but its like a Hooka, where u can buy different fruity flavors. Im not sure if they contain nicotine though. Blessings and Love to you!!

Its good when you have forgotten how long you have stopped a bad habit. Well, the patch is a crotch and a crotch should only be used for a time in this case. I learnt something the other day and that while substances can be addictive, it only gets to that point when there is a underline problem. Hence, while i use to smoke myself, I never got addicted because it was fun. In essence maybe now is the time to dig deeper and find and deal with the underlining issue.

Happy 25th! I been cold turkey Newport free for almost 5 years! You will get there girl! It takes all the strength and will to be healthy you could ever think of. Sometimes its not just the nicotine that we are addicted to. Sometimes its the action of doing it. The lighting it and inhale/exhale action is something that we are so use to doing. So one we stop, its like your missing something in your life. Stay strong girl!
