This is excellent. Especially all your comments. Thank you Anthony. I'm using 3.5m stretch bandages and your technique works fantastically with those. Thank you.
Hi , MMA gloves have fingers unlike boxing gloves so i would go for shorter wraps and not wrap between fingers like the demo on here, have a look at our vid for the short handwraps that would be more appropriate. i would go for 9 foot handwraps maximum with 6 foot as a minimum. Tape may be unnecessary ( trial and error will tell) as the shape of MMA gloves should hold the tape in place- depends on your hand size. Good luck- let me know how you get on
hey im new to all this, im going to buy a bandage but i dont know how long i need the bandage to be ?? i mostly need this becausse when i am boxing my knuckels gets nasty wounds from my new hayabusa mma gloves, any other tips and tricks or will tape do the job??
Excellent video. This is perfect to enable Boxercise classes to run straight away - no waiting, and participants can practice putting this on before they come to the sessions! Thank you very much for your swift reponse in putting this video up.
