Her name is Ribbon.

She's a fairy from the planet Ripple Star sent to protect the crystal after Ripple Star gets invaded by Dark Matter, but the crystal broke into 100 pieces and Kirby helps her along with King Dedede, Adeliene, and a Waddle Dee.
