Its much much easier to crown witches if you aim for there back/ass when you are behind them, in order to crown all the pieces of buckshot from the shotgun need to go into the witch, it doesn't actually have anything to do with a head shot.

i know a variation to the witch slap. i'm sure most do, but i'm putting it out here.

if you claw at the witch juuuuuust as the survivors run up--she attacks them INSTANTLY! it takes 2 or 3 hits but she never turns on u it's a great way to set her off earlier than she normally would

For one, the witch trick with the hunter got patched. Secondly, the witch doesn't spawn that fast.. lol. You z_spawned her. Survivors need to be much closer before she spawns. Secondly, you don't need a HEADSHOT to kill the witch. As long as the whole buckshot hits, it's a kill.

Either attack when they are blinded, separated, or the others are preoccupied with special infected.

Wait til they are boomed then pounce. That way you don't have the red outline. Preferably be on fire for more damage. The further away you leap from, the more initial damage you do, going up to 30 damage. Use these tips to your advantage to win. Ninjaclaws will just get you killed, cos they will shotty you from two metres away thinking you are common.
