Probably better to learn the diving exit later in progression when it isn't necessary to have grips on the student on exit. I've tried a handful of times to take gripped 3-way exits like that on fun jumps, and unless I am jumping from a tail loader, it has never worked because one person ends up presenting with their back, then we have the burble problem.
@brynendas I doubt you will find any lesson/tips that can relay to some of the training you recieve from your Coach. But can be you can get a noteblock from your Coach with all the basics in it like tracking, delta position, etc..
