I have a few METAL hilts and I have thrown them, dropped them, onto concrete and from far heights. I have no complaints about any hilts I have from US. I have a PVC one my wife uses and she has dropped it plenty of times as well and it didn't break.

MR was not bought out by Hasbro. MR lost the license to Star Wars. Hasbro makes plastic Ultimate FX sabers that are umm, plastic and they make the Force FX sabers which are the old MR metal hilts.
problem is master replica was bought out by hasbro so hasbro makes all of them from plastic now instead of the metal design that master replica used that made me angry

I just talked shit about this kid 5 days ago. I went to a shop to get another saber. This time I got Luke Skywalker Return of the Jedi Green FX, they had 2 ultrasabers 1 was pvc with rubber and the other was machine tooled(not sanded or smoothed out,neither had sound and neither was any brighter than FX. I am sorry dude. The internet makes them look brighter and better, well, I guess they would if they were making the film, notice they never show the whole blade just the first foot or so.
just glue the damn thing together, and come to think of it, its not a real sword or weapon at all. Its a tube with a light in it that costs a shitload of money for a toy sword. Be happy ,play with your TOY and go get some pussy, maybe then you won't be so sad.

Dude, I totally understand where you were coming from in this video. When I unboxed my first Dominix, I swung it around for about a minute, and the wire inside the hilt snapped-- the whole thing was useless. I did get a new one when I e-mailed Ultrasabers about it though. ;)

Ok ultra saber doesnt suck as a whole, but the hilt the archen or w/e is made out of pvc pipe, on the other hadn they do have blades going around 50$ that are metal, which are alot better, but tape... huh... you mean GORILLA GLUE

@or if your tool savvy you could take a metal pipe from home depot for like 3 dollars cut it in half with a rotary tool and screw each half on to hold it down just screw it down in four corners on each peice.anyway good luck!

You're a total jerk dude. You have a PVC saber, the blad is practically unbreakable but the hilt is PVC, what did you think would happen of you dropped it? I mean, how much was it, 40.00 bucks? What do you want for 40.00 bucks. I have a Ultrasaber Graflix I paid 300.00 for and have had it for a year now and it is prestine. You get what you pay for but to say Ultrasabers suck and are garbage, educate yourself, they are the best you can get right now and in my opinion, dam worth the price.
