Like to see them drop 500lbs from the S5's 3600 curb weight also. Hard to imagine 450bhp being enough on it's own. The C63 still has more power, although it would get trounced by the RS5 on the track. I can forgive it 'only' having 450bhp if it went on a diet :)
Scanning the web for details on this car for a while now, it seems the RS5 will inherit the RS4's 4.2 V8, with a boost in power to around 450-470ps(naturally aspirated). Nothing is certain though, all rumors at this point still... The car in the video is just a test-mule car, the final product could/will look quite a bit different. I'd like to see the final car have 500ps with a carbon fiber hood as an option... RS5 = 500ps ;)
Fully optioned, this car is going to top the $100,000 mark though :/
oooh both would be tasty! did they throw the supercharged six idea out the window? i heard one rumour that they might put in the twin turbo V10 from the RS6!!! that would be one scary car my friend!!!

RS5 => V8 with probably 450-480 hp, later the S5 will get the V6 like the S5 Cabriolet and the Sportback already have
