@tynet1 That's what lower gear ratios are for, all you need to do to make a high powered car handle well, is create proper gearing setups in the differential, and the transmission to properly vector the torque, and stay in control throughout the powerband.

The only thing the corvette is good for is driving on a track, this is better suited for real life driving and you don't have to worry about steep driveways or speed bumps. and it still goes over 200mph haha

I think that with the new adaptive suspension dampening, launch control system and aero pkg. Ford is adding to the GT 500, this car will be a completely different animal from any Mustang that has come before it. The current Mustang GT (5 litre engine,old platform) outperforms the Camaro SS ( 6.2 litre engine, new platform) in every category. Ford is doing what it takes to win

Its funny how everytime GM comes up with a new Camaro model, Ford just upgrades the engine and suspension of the same Mustang.
The 2012 Camaro ZL1 is based on Corvette's ZR1 6.2L LS9 engine and features Magnetic Ride Control.
Dont be fooled by 2013 Shelby's 650hp. Power is nothing without control.
