limits? Oo that propably is ur max screen verical refresh rate (and thats pretty damn good). fraps activates Vsync :P thats what it makes it look like its limited.
then u see fraps (not recording) and rating +400fps im almost very sure that ull only see 100fps not more. and a 300frames wasted <- where maybe a few % show up as torn apart frames (2 frames siplayed at once)
a (TFT or LCD)'s max refresh rate is NOT 1000ms/latancy. but the Vertical Refresh rate :D just for the info
