this could be a very bad botnet. botnets are supposed to be customly made and infect other computers as they spread therefor giving you a large amount of computers to control however the ip area or domain would be a bad idea due to the fact that if FBI scotland yard ect decompiled or managed to obtain it they could quite easily find out who ur isp is and then obtain logs for who had that ip at that time (YOU) i would download it as a template nothing more make your own changes :D
