I'm a student at QUT in the Brisbane CBD. Not only am I familiar with the Riverside Plaza, I find it to be quite a beautiful location accompanied by an enjoyable, sophisticated atmosphere. I have great aspirations to become a real estate developer, so I'll be looking to you as a source of information. If by chance you'd be looking to take on an apprentice and become a mentor, QUT has a great program to encourage that. Personally, I know I'd be battling for that coveted position of apprentice!

you know what interests me? I would say actually watching you sit down and do a deal with the bank or just whoever....or reenact it . i think that would help out.

I describe this in great detail in my Courses and even give you a typical reenactment of what to say and how to behave, so I got that covered as I know many people are worried about this aspect.

How come your course is so reasonable compared to a few others that I have seen ranging between over $3,000-$6,000? Just curious.

That's an easy one to answer.

Because real estate development has been good to me financially and at this stage of my life I want to put real knowledge in the hands of as many people as I can who want to learn from a guy who has been there and done that.

I've been away from everything for a while, so forgive the lapse of time. I completed a tour of Workshops of Australia and the US, plus made a fild of the last one in Las Vegas at Trump International Hotel & Tower.
