I had problems before I ever started training, which then compounded with overuse and some form issues when I started training.

nice squat. i'm 5'6" 163 and my squat has been stuck at 225x5 for like 7 months. pisses me off.

you need to gain a little weight .. gain 10-15lbs and you'll see your squat at 300lb
