  • Anyway, I made around 40K as an administrative assistant.

  • Is being a lawyer really worth it

  • how can I tell if a lawyer is a good lawyer or a scam artist just after my money?

  • @gunzkillu a good lawyer will tell you what you don't want to hear.

  • Many great points! Thanks for sharing!

  • Choosing to start a family in this economy is just an expensive as a law degree..thats why I chose the degree. Starting off making $40,000 a year doesn't sound that bad when you are the only person to take care of.

  • @Takeitoff08 The problem is not making $40,000 a year. It is the $150,000 student loan that is needed to make $40,000 a year.

  • @Takeitoff08 If you really want to be an attorney and don't mind $40,000 a year. Find the cheapest law school you can find. Take the Barbri before you go to law school and you'll do great.

  • @WillLawFirm 120K in debt, plus lost wages for 3 years? Not to mention, textbook fees and other expenses. All that, with a heavily saturated legal job market? NO THANKS.

  • Great video man, most attorneys/paralegals I worked under as a file clerk told me not to go to law school and most of them appear to be depressed. Note: these are the people that landed jobs telling me this...

  • you mean for my family and I

  • thanks for the info
