generally - first order approx. - better mileage, smaller CO2 emissions. It now meets Euro III and will meet Euro IV standards.
Euro IV is like California standards.

No, it so very isn't - it's a cheap car developed in line with a lot of pacific rim cars, it's just India's version of a Kia
I'm not to sound too overly critical of the car, it's a great step towards urban motoring in less technologically developed regions.
I'm worried how those wheels would deal with average road conditions.
It's a good little car for the money, but I don't feel we should make a big fuss about it.
