@zbestwun2001 Police Chief Kim Raney of the Covina Police Department and Vice President of the California Police Chiefs Association announced a stunning statistic mid-summer of 2010. Chief Raney said that only 4% of patients who get a medical marijuana recommendation are actually critically ill with cancer, AIDS and other serious life debilitating illnesses. The rest of the 96% were people who stood far apart from the 4% in terms of their illness or "need" for marijuana.
